Privacy Policy

ItCleanCare is operated by ItClean (itclean.ng), providing wardrobe management and on-demand laundry services in Nigeria. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at support@itclean.care.

Account information: name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and profile photo (optional).

Wardrobe & service data: clothing items you add (type, notes, photos), pickup requests, order history, subscription and Care Credit usage, and support messages.

Payment records: payment amounts, status, and transfer receipts you upload. We do not collect or store full bank card numbers.

Device & technical data: app version, device type, and push notification tokens (for order and support alerts). We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as theme.

With your permission, the app may access your device location to help confirm pickup addresses and improve delivery coordination. You can deny or revoke location permission in your device settings; some features may be limited without it.

With your permission, the app may use your camera or photo library to upload wardrobe item photos, payment receipts, or a profile picture. Photos are stored on Cloudinary and served over HTTPS. We only access photos you choose to upload.

If you allow notifications, we store a device token to send alerts about pickups, orders, payments, and support replies. You can turn off notifications in your device settings at any time.

• Provide and operate the ItCleanCare service (scheduling, tracking, billing).
• Communicate with you about your account, orders, and support requests.
• Send transactional emails and push notifications you have opted into.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms.
• Improve the app and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We use trusted providers to run the service. They process data on our behalf:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage
• Vercel — application hosting
• Cloudinary — image storage and delivery
• Google Firebase — Android push notifications
• Resend — transactional email delivery

These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and our agreements where applicable.

The Android app may request the following permissions:

• Internet — connect to our servers
• Location — pickup and delivery coordination (optional)
• Camera & photos — upload wardrobe and receipt images (optional)
• Notifications — order and support alerts (optional)

We keep your account and wardrobe data while your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove your profile, wardrobe items, and uploaded photos. We may retain order and payment records as required for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution.

You can:

• Update your profile and delivery details in the app.
• Sign out at any time to end your session.
• Revoke location, camera, or notification permissions in device settings.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@itclean.care.

ItCleanCare is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your data may be processed in countries where our service providers operate (including the United States and the European Union). We take steps to protect your information in line with applicable law.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above.
